Catherine Mauzy is an experienced, tenacious, and highly respected family law attorney located in Austin, Texas. Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1998, she handles all aspects of family law matters, including divorces, complex property divisions, and child custody actions. Ms. Mauzy recognizes that clients and their children are often best served by attempting to reach a negotiated resolution of their disputes. When resolution cannot be found across the negotiation table, she firmly believes in exercising the power of the courtroom. Ms. Mauzy’s 25-year track record and superior courtroom abilities led her to receive the 2011 Litigation Attorney Award from the Travis County Women Lawyers’ Association.

After receiving his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Carneal was licensed to practice law in 2010.
